3-Card Reading for J.M.

J.M. has requested an interpretation of the above cards that were drawn according to the protocol of silently completing the sentence, “Please give me some insight into __________.” J.M. has not told me what (s)he has put into the blank space. The first three cards are the “heart” of the reading and are read as a unit. Then, the fourth card is drawn and read as a summary or clarifier. If we include the summary card, there are two nines in this mini-reading, so we know that this request for insight focuses on J.M.’s wisdom and higher understanding. Because there is just one member of the Major Arcana, the context for these insights is primarily J.M.’s everyday life with a slight connection to her/his soul’s agenda for this lifetime. There are no other two-of-a-kind or more in suits or numbers.

The spotlight has been on the nine of swords, sometimes called the nightmare card.  This is one of the “timing” cards in the tarot deck. This is like the experience of waking up at 2 A.M. and remembering that the car needs an oil change. You feel so much anxiety, like it’s all up to you, and you need to get it done NOW. Nobody’s open at this hour. It will all go much more easily and smoothly if you wait until the sun comes up and the timing is better. You will be better served by getting a good night’s rest at this time.

The spotlight is now on the Moon, the wisdom and understanding that comes with the passage of time.  This is a card of evolution that appears when a particular issue that you thought you had already handled appears like a tap on your shoulder and announces, “Hi, I’m back.” Even if you are initially frustrated, please recognize that you are not the same person you were the last time this appeared. You’ve grown; you’ve changed; you’ve evolved. You are far more able to handle this now than you were the last time, and you may even be able to finally resolve it and take it off the “To Do” list for this lifetime.

The spotlight is moving toward the seven of pentacles, sometimes called the nostalgic gardener. This card appears when you get excessively sentimental about “the good old days,” when things were easier, simpler, or when you were younger and/or carefree. Please know that whatever you did in the past to make that plant you are gazing at grow up to be so strong and healthy, you are more than capable of achieving with the new growth at your feet. You are being encouraged to “Be here now” and invest all your energy in the present moment instead of spending time focusing on the past.

The summary card is the Knight of Wands, who wonders if he is strong enough to make it to the goal he has set for himself. He worries  there may not be enough time to finish the job.  This card shows up to tell you that you have more than enough strength, stamina. and time to make it to mastery. Please put aside the worry and concern. You have enough; you are enough; you are loved abd supported.

Does this make sense? I hope it was helpful.

3-Card Reading for S.P.

S.P. has requested an interpretation of the above cards that were drawn according to the protocol of silently completing the sentence, “Please give me some insight into __________.” S.P. has not told me what (s)he has put into the blank space. The first three cards are the “heart” of the reading and are read as a unit. Then, the fourth card is drawn and read as a summary or clarifier. If we include the summary card, there are two fives (14=1+4=5) and two cups in this mini-reading, so we know that this request for insight focuses on S.P.’s freedom to make choices in the area of feelings, emotions, relationships, and psychic abilities. Because there is just one member of the Major Arcana, the context for these insights is primarily S.P.’s everyday life with only a slight connection to her/his soul’s agenda for this lifetime. There are no other two-of-a-kind or more in suits or numbers.

The spotlight has been on the nine of cups, wisdom and higher understanding of your feelings, emotions, relationships, and psychic abilities.  You have accumulated a veritable treasure chest of those items.  However, you have placed all of them on a shelf and turned your back on them. It is time to give, to share, to put one or more of them into play as you get up off the bench and continue on your path. You can still feel good about what you have to give. You’ve come a long way, Baby.

The spotlight is now on the Page of Cups, taking the first steps on the path to mastery in the area of feelings, emotions, relationships, and psychic abilities. When this card appears, it means you have begun a new relationship, S.P. Your feet are planted firmly on the earth, and you are steady and balanced, holding the cup easily in one hand and not at all flustered by the fish that jumps out of it. Clearly, this cup contains life-supporting water and will feed your soul. This card carries the master vibration of 11, a powerful visionary vibration.

The spotlight is moving toward the  King of Swords, mastery over conflict.  This card appears in a reading when you have earned the right to declare what will be done, what is, why, when, where, and how. If someone asks, “How come . . .?” you are entitled to say, “Because I say so.” You have the authority to override the arguments and differing opinions.

The summary card is Temperance. another beautiful acknowledgment of how far you have come. Temperance in the tarot deck doesn’t mean going without alcohol or using caution, but focuses on the process by which steel is made. Iron is used for strength and tin for flexibility. They are put through a very hot fire until they are forged as one product, steel, which is both strong and flexible. Your higher self has put you through some very hot fires to make you both strong and flexible, and you’ve made it. It will never be “that bad” again; the worst is over.  Good luck, S.P.

3-Card Reading for G.W.

G.W. has requested an interpretation of the above cards that were drawn according to the protocol of silently completing the sentence, “Please give me some insight into __________.” G.W. has not told me what (s)he has put into the blank space. The first three cards are the “heart” of the reading and are read as a unit. Then, the fourth card is drawn and read as a summary or clarifier. If we include the summary card, there are two threes (12=1+2=3) and two swords in this mini-reading, so we know that this request for insight focuses on G.W.’s expression of resolving conflict. Because there are no members of the Major Arcana, the context for these insights is G.W.’s everyday life rather than her/his soul’s agenda for this lifetime. There are no other two-of-a-kind or more in suits or numbers.

The spotlight has been on the three of cups, a time to celebrate. Look how far you’ve come, G.W.! You have been very demanding of yourself, a trait you picked up from your childhood of attempting to live up to the expectations that others held for you and of you. This was fueled by a fear of “being kicked out of the tribe.” Now it is time to celebrate and include others in your celebration so that you can teach them the value of focusing on the good thing(s), no matter how small, you/they have done, and being grateful for them. Remember, “thank you” means “keep it coming.”

The spotlight is now on the Knight of Swords. who has been told there is a dragon outside the castle. He (meaning you) grabs his sword, throws on his armor, jumps on his horse, and rides off in seventeen different directions at the same time. This scattering of your energies does not serve anyone well. Is there really a dragon? If so, is it your responsibility alone to slay it? Wouldn’t it make sense to plan some strategy before you expend all your energy, leaving yourself exhausted and vulnerable? You need to focus; think and plan before you act.

The spotlight is moving toward the two of wands, making a choice. You are at a fork in the road where you must choose to either play it safe and choose the slower earthly vibrations, or take a risk and move onward and upward utilizing your skills and talents. The extra wand in back of you speaks to your being able to do more than you realize, and you’re being urged to “go for it.”  Take hold of your skills and talents and let them lead and support you in this next phase of your growth and development.

The summary card is the eight of swords, stepping into the role of victim, where you are helpless and hopeless.  Please notice that the folds of her gown indicate that she is not tightly bound, and she can get the bindings to fall off if she shrugs her shoulders. In other words, if you stop taking the situation so seriously and realize this is not a life-or-death moment, you can free yourself, remove the blindfold, see the reality of the situation, and climb to higher ground. Taken as a whole, this reading looks like reassurance that “you’ve come a long way, Baby.”  Appreciate what you’ve got and attract in more.  Cut the cords to the drama triangle and focus on your next positive step on the path to mastery.  Good luck, G.W.

Does this make sense? I hope it was helpful.

3-Card Reading for F.S.

F.S.. has requested an interpretation of the above cards that were drawn according to the protocol of silently completing the sentence, “Please give me some insight into __________.” F.S.. has not told me what (s)he has put into the blank space. The first three cards are the “heart” of the reading and are read as a unit. Then, the fourth card is drawn and read as a summary or clarifier. If we include the summary card, there are three members of the Major Arcana in this mini-reading, so we know that this request for insight most certainly focuses on F.S.’s soul’s agenda for this lifetime rather than on her/his everyday life. There are no other two-of-a-kind or more in suits or numbers.

The spotlight has been on Death, allowing the old form, the old way of doing things to die because it has outlived its usefulness.  The new way has already begun as shown by the rising sun on the right side of the card.  Thank and bless the old way, for it got you to this point in your life, and recognize and embrace the changes you have recently experienced that have opened up a brand new way of seeing, being, and participating in your life.

The spotlight is now on Strength, the need to raise and attune your vibration to the new ‘way” that the first card has indicated is already yours.  In more ways than one, you are “tuned to a different channel” in your having, doing, and being.  There is unimaginable strength when you align with and embrace the higher vibration that is available to you now.

The spotlight is moving toward the Page of Wands, having taken the beginning steps along the path to mastery, allowing your skills and talents to lead the way.  You are testing out the strength and flexibility of those skills and talents while dedicating them to getting the job done.  Congratulations, F,S,. you’re on your way!

The summary card is Temperance, another beautiful acknowledgment of how far you have come.  Temperance in the tarot deck doesn’t mean going without alcohol or using caution, but focuses on the process by which steel is made. 3-Card Reading for A.S.

A. S. has requested an interpretation of the above cards that were drawn according to the protocol of silently completing the sentence, “Please give me some insight into __________.” A. S. has not told me what (s)he has put into the blank space. The first three cards are the “heart” of the reading and are read as a unit. Then, the fourth card is drawn and read as a summary or clarifier. If we include the summary card, there are three pentacles in this mini-reading, so we know that this request for insight focuses on A.S.’s values, priorities, and work. Because there is just one member of the Major Arcana, the context for these insights is mostly A.S.’s everyday life with a slight connection to her/his soul’s agenda for this lifetime. There are no other two-of-a-kind or more in suits or numbers.

The spotlight has been on the seven of pentacles, sometimes called the nostalgic gardener. This card appears when you get excessively sentimental about “the good old days.” when things were easier, simpler, or when you were younger and/or carefree. Please know that whatever you did in the past to make that plant you are gazing at grow up to be so strong and healthy, you are more than capable of achieving with the new growth at your feet. You are being encouraged to “Be here now” and invest all your energy in the present moment instead of spending time focusing on the past.

The spotlight is now on the Page of Pentacles, the beginning steps on the path to mastery. You are allowing the integrity of your values, priorities, and work to lead you and light the way.  The only caution is not to get lost in the dream; allow the light of your values to illuminate your path while you make sure your feet are on solid ground and you are progressing forward. You’re on your way, A.S.

The spotlight is moving toward the Devil, all the reasons why not that pop up in resistance to moving forward. When this card shows up, it is time to simply lift the chains off your neck and take back the power to lead your life instead of giving away your power to the situation to lead and control you.

The summary card is the nine of pentacles, conforming to the standard of behavior expected of you. Even if you would like nothing more than to take the hood off the falcon. let it fly, and bring down its prey, you cannot indulge that desire because of the position of responsibility that you hold. There are expectations that others hold of you and that you hold of yourself that cannot be ignored. Therefore, you must put yourself on a regular basis in environments where no one knows or cares what position you hold, and where you can let it all out. I recommend putting your hands on a tree trunk and asking the tree to take the negative feelings that do not serve you. The tree will accept them and use them for fertilizer. Don’t be surprised if, as you release those feelings from your heart, down your arms, and out your hands, you shed some tears.

3-Card Reading for S.T.

S.T. has requested an interpretation of the above cards that were drawn according to the protocol of silently completing the sentence, “Please give me some insight into __________.” S.T. has not told me what (s)he has put into the blank space. The first three cards are the “heart” of the reading and are read as a unit. Then, the fourth card is drawn and read as a summary or clarifier. If we include the summary card, there are two nines in this mini-reading, so we know that this request for insight focuses on S.T.’s wisdom and higher understanding. Because there is just one member of the Major Arcana, the context for these insights is S.T.’s everyday life rather than her/his soul’s agenda for this lifetime. There are no other two-of-a-kind or more in suits or numbers.

The spotlight has been on the two of cups, sometimes called the friendship card.  S.T.,  you don’t do anything halfway; you go “all in” at every step of the journey. This is why your relationships are 100/100 instead of 50/50. Please know that there are others in your life right now who play by the same set of rules. They may not be the same age, gender, race, or social class as you, but they are willing to meet and interact with you as peers.

The spotlight is now on the nine of swords, the nightmare card, one of the timing cards in the deck.

The spotlight is moving toward the Moon, wisdom and higher understanding gained through the passage of time.

The summary card is the eight of pentacles that emphasizes allowing the quality of your work to speak for itself. You do very high-quality work, and if there is any part of your “work” that you are still fine-tuning, please feel free to continue to work on it; just don’t put it on display yet.  Sometimes this card indicates going into business for yourself; it always encourages you to “do your own thing.”

Does this make sense? I hope it was helpful.

3-Card Reading for V.D.

V.D. has requested an interpretation of the above cards that were drawn according to the protocol of silently completing the sentence, “Please give me some insight into __________.” V.D. has not told me what (s)he has put into the blank space. The first three cards are the “heart” of the reading and are read as a unit. Then, the fourth card is drawn and read as a summary or clarifier. If we include the summary card, there are two cups and two members of the Major Arcana in this mini-reading, so we know that this request for insight focuses on V.D.’s feelings, emotions, relationships, and psychic abilities in the context of her/his soul’s agenda for this lifetime.  There are no other two-of-a-kind or more in suits or numbers.

The spotlight has been on the Fool, the leap of faith, the all AND the nothing. This card carries the message to follow your dream; you will be sustained. As soon as you take that all-important step off the cliff, the sleeves of your garment turn into wings, and you soar. The universe has gathered all the cooperating components for your success in this venture and is only waiting for you to move past your fear and take that first step. You will be supported.

The spotlight is now on the Star, sometimes called the Wayshower. You are an inspiration, V.D., as you help keep the energy flowing by returning Source to Source and turning Source into Resource. You are part of the solution instead of being part of the problem. You are attuned to the higher frequencies of self-love, self-confidence, and self-respect that allow you to reflect part of the bigger picture as you help others raise their own vibration. You are the light.

The spotlight is moving toward the Queen of Cups, blocked or repressed feelings, emotions, relationships, and/or psychic abilities. You are a very sensitive person, V.D., and you are in touch with your feelings except for the ones you have judged “bad” or “negative.” Those you have stuffed into the cup that you keep covered. The cup has become so heavy that you need two hands to hold it. It is time to lift the lid and process out those lower energy feelings or remain stuck where you are. One of my favorite ways to do this is to combine Bradley Nelson’s Emotion Code with Theta Healing. The process demands that you identify what you’re feeling so that you can release it.  Fill yourself with compassion for having held onto it, and replace the negative energy with its opposite.

The summary card is the five of cups, mourning what has been lost or is now missing.  Be gentle with yourself; feel the sadness, and then, let it go.  Turn and feel gratitude for the two cups that are still standing and full.  Allow yourself to once again feel the celebration that is present in the first two cards.  You are on your way, V.D.  Good luck.

3-Card Reading for S.B.

S.B. has requested an interpretation of the above cards that were drawn according to the protocol of silently completing the sentence, “Please give me some insight into __________.” S.B. has not told me what (s)he has put into the blank space. The first three cards are the “heart” of the reading and are read as a unit. Then, the fourth card is drawn and read as a summary or clarifier. If we include the summary card, there are two nines and three members of the Major arcana in this mini-reading, so we know that this request for insight focuses on S.B.’s wisdom and higher understanding of her/his soul’s agenda for this lifetime.  There are no other two-of-a-kind or more in suits or numbers.

The spotlight has been on the Hermit, the archetype of wisdom and higher understanding.  Your focus has been on carrying the light to the top of the mountain, illuminating a path so that others can follow if that is their choice. You have shown them the way. The only drawback to this position is that it can be very lonely at the top, You march to a different drummer and have spent large amounts of time by yourself. You have a high degree of integrity, which is sometimes beyond what everyone else can understand.

The spotlight is now on the nine of pentacles, the second nine in this reading, conforming to the standard of  behavior expected of you. Even if you would like nothing more than to take the hood off the falcon. let it fly, and bring down its prey, you cannot indulge that desire because of the position of responsibility that you hold. There are expectations that others hold of you and that you hold of yourself  that cannot be ignored. It is, therefore, necessary that you put yourself, on a regular basis, in environments where no one knows or cares what position you hold, and where you can let it all out. I recommend putting your hands on a tree trunk and asking the tree to take the negative feelings that do not serve you. The tree will accept them and use them for fertilizer. Don’t be surprised if as you release those feelings from your heart, down your arms, and out your hands, you shed some tears.

The spotlight is moving toward Death.  This is not a physical death of a person but a letting go of the form, the old way that used to be of service and has stopped being so.  It is the strong suggestion that you let it die.  The new way/form has already put in an appearance with the sun rising in the east, and you are being asked to let go of the old and embrace the new.

The summary card is the Sun, a whole brand new beginning.  As a summary, it  is the perfect “next step” on the path of your soul’s growth and development.  You enter this next phase of your life’s journey, open and vulnerable, having been “around the block” a few times and retaining the wisdom and discernment gained from the earlier cycles.  The sun shines on you.  Welcome to your future, S.B.

3-Card Reading for C.C.

C.C. has requested an interpretation of the above cards that were drawn according to the protocol of silently completing the sentence, “Please give me some insight into __________.” C.C. has not told me what (s)he has put into the blank space. The first three cards are the “heart” of the reading and are read as a unit. Then, the fourth card is drawn and read as a summary or clarifier. If we include the summary card, there are two members of the Majoe Arcana in this mini-reading, so we know that this request for insight focuses on C.C.’s soul’s agenda for this lifetime. There are no other two-of-a-kind or more in suits or numbers.

The spotlight has been on the Star, sometimes called the Wayshower. You have been an inspiration, C.C., as you help keep the energy flowing by returning Source to Source and turning Source into Resource.  You are part of the solution instead of being part of the problem.  You are attuned to the higher frequencies of self-love, self-confidence, and self-respect that allow you to reflect part of the bigger picture as you help others raise their own vibration.

The spotlight is now on the nine of pentacles, a card that shows up when you may be tempted to just remove the hood from the falcon, let it fly, and let it kill.  You cannot just let it all”hang out,” because of the position of responsibility that you hold, where there is an expectation that you will act with restraint and decorum.  It is, therefore, necessary that you put yourself, on a regular basis, in environments where you are totally free to process your own feelings in a safe environment where there are no restraints.  If there are any trees near where you live and/or work, I recommend asking one of them for permission to “unload” your lower vibrations. Stand facing the tree and ask, “Tree, will you take my anger, frustration, fear, grief, etc.?” The tree will always say, “Yes, I will turn it into fertilizer.”  Place your hands on the bark and allow those feelings to flow out of you through your arms and hands until you feel better.  Thank the tree.

The spotlight is moving toward the Ace of Swords, a triumph of overcoming conflict. An ace is a trump, and a trump is a triumph, and this card tells you to figure out what you want and then, go for it, temporarily ignoring everyone and everything else.  Once you have the object of your desire, then you can work on any hurt feelings or misunderstandings, but for now, single-pointed determination is what will see you through.

The summary card is the High Priestess, the gift of knowledge.  When this card appears, it means you already have all the answers you seek inside of you.  You must get yourself to a calm, quiet, steady, balanced place, free of distractions, where you can listen to your own knowing.  Good luck, C.C.

3-Card Reading for P.P.

P.P. has requested an interpretation of the above cards that were drawn according to the protocol of silently completing the sentence, “Please give me some insight into __________.” P.P. has not told me what (s)he has put into the blank space. The first three cards are the “heart” of the reading and are read as a unit. Then, the fourth card is drawn and read as a summary or clarifier. If we include the summary card, there are two wands in this mini-reading, so we know that this request for insight focuses on P.P.’s skills and talents. Because there are no members of the Major Arcana, the context for these insights is P.P.’s everyday life rather than her/his soul’s agenda for this lifetime. There are no other two-of-a-kind or more in suits or numbers.

The spotlight has been on the eight of cups, being dissatisfied with what you have accumulated, turning your back on it, and going off to find more. If you are in a mindset of lack, you cannot manifest anything but more lack. It’s time to turn around and truly appreciate what you have in place. Remember, “thank you” means “keep it coming,” and allows you to manifest from a state of abundance.

The spotlight is now on the three of wands.  This card appears when you have recently launched a person and/or a project that caused you to develop new skills and talents in the process. You are being encouraged to express one of those newer abilities now instead of reaching for the same old familiar activity that you used to cling to. This will serve you well.

The spotlight is moving toward the four of pentacles, sometimes called the “Fiddler on  the Roof.” You have spent a great deal of time figuring out what you think, how you feel, and where you stand. The only problem with having done that is limiting yourself to values that lie outside of yourself. This leaves all your energy tied up and you stuck in a vulnerable spot on the roof. Go within and acknowledge your Divine Life Partner, the one who beats your heart and takes in your breath. Value yourself and the divine blueprint that created you and sustains you. Then you can come down to earth and be of service to the light within you.

The summary card is the nine of wands, putting all your eggs in one basket. You are multi-talented, P.P., and you have been leaning heavily on just one of your many skills and talents, temporarily turning your back on the others. This has caused you injury. It’s time to pick up at least one more of your wands to help you deal with anything you find on your chosen path. Not just relying on one will bring you ease and happiness.

Does this make sense? I hope it was helpful.
